How to make Cauli Rice?
This is so easy to do, you just need to follow four (4) simple steps:
Wash, remove the stems, grate or shred and saute!
You can add other vegetables if you want and make it like a fried rice or a yang chow rice. Below is your quick reference:
Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients:
- 500 grams Cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 piece onion (finely chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions:
- Wash cauliflower thoroughly
- In a bowl, remove the stems
- If you have a food processor or a blender , use it to easily crush the cauliflower florets, if none a regular grater will do.
- Heat a pan, put a little olive oil
- Saute the onion and garlic (optional)
- Add the grated cauliflower
- Season with pepper, salt and a bit of sugar to taste.
- Serve hot with any meat or fish dishes
