There’s a lot of pasta recipes that I have learned to prepare. But recently, I suddenly craved for the classic, all-time favorite sweet style pasta. Here’s my own version of the Classic Sweet-Style Meaty Spaghetti.
Classic Sweet-Style Meaty Spaghetti

Ingredients:
pasta, cooked and drained
butter
garlic, chopped
onions, chopped
lean ground pork/beef
hotdog, sliced
red bell pepper, chopped
sweet-style tomato sauce
brown sugar
pepper
cheese, grated
all-purpose cream(optional)
How to cook:
Saute garlic and onions, then add the ground beef/pork.
Add pepper, sugar and a little salt to taste.
Add the sliced hotdogs.
Put the chopped red bell pepper.
Pour the tomato sauce adding a little more of pepper and brown sugar to taste. Simmer while stirring constantly.
When done, pour the sauce to the cooked pasta.
Top generously with grated cheese and all-purpose cream(optional).
This looks like a great recipe for pasta lovers to try at home
Nothing beats a hearty bowl of delicious home cooked pasta, its comfort food at its best.

I had to pin this to my Pinterest recipe board. It looks so good. I don’t think I’ve ever tried sweet-style tomato sauce but I’m going to look for it!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen hot dogs in spaghetti, but then I don’t think I’ve ever had sweet style before. Is it normally used in sweet style spaghetti, or is this your variant?
This looks so yummy. This recipe is similar to the Filipino style spaghetti that’s sweet. It makes me want to eat again…
Forgive me infinitely, really foul hearted … but as an Italian you cannot watch these spaghetti çOç
