Jolly University Boot Camp for the Jolly University Elites

Last February 28 to March 1, all the winning teams from the Jolly University School Tours were given the privilege to go to a two-day boot camp by Jolly Foods, Inc.  Dubbed as the “Jolly University Elites”,  students went through an in-depth training and seminar called Jolly University Boot Camp conducted by famous business leaders: 

• Jun Cochanco

  President, Fly Ace Corporation

An inspiring visionary responsible for bringing in world-class leading food brands closer to Filipino consumers, Mr. Lucio “Jun” Cochanco is a forward-thinker and inspiring mentor of an expanding fast-moving food and beverage company. He is an active proponent of the Professional Sports of Cycling in the Philippines, a loving husband, and a devoted father of three children. 

He gave inspiration to the students by discussing on Leadership Challenges during the boot camp, provides tips as well on how to be an effective leader.

• Leo De Leon

Leo has owned and operated 7 Italian cafés and 3 donut shops in Texas.  He also founded Accento Beverage, a wholesale distribution company in Houston and Dallas, Texas USA. In 1999, he formed his company ALLEGRO BEVERAGE CORPORATION with branches in Manila, Cebu, Davao and Guam.  ALLEGRO BEVERAGE CORPORATION is an importer and distributor of espresso machines, coffee beans, brewers, gourmet syrups and sauces and fruit purees. 

• Chef Sau Del Rosario

From a course in Hotel and Restaurant Administration in UP Diliman, he has worked with Michelin-starred chefs like Christian Plumail of Restaurant L’univer in Nice and Jacque Divellec of the premier Le Divellec Restaurant in Paris, and Bruno Loubet of Atlantic Restaurant, Isola, Odeon, and Bistro Bruno in London, to name a few.

Chef Sau worked as Executive Chef at F1 Hotel Manila and is now the Culinary Director for Center of Culinary Arts (CCA). He is also the consultant of the Bluewater Maribago chain of resorts and Cauayan Villa in El Nido, Palawan. 

• Sheena Ramos

Digital Strategist, Publicis Jimenez Basic

Sheena is a senior digital strategist for Publicis Jimenez Basic, where she handles the digital accounts for some of the biggest and most widely known QSRs and FMCGs in the Philippines. She started her digital marketing career in Fuentes Manila Publicity Network as a copywriter and account manager. Nevertheless, it was with TV5 where she perfected her skills as the Senior Digital Strategist for Entertainment for almost four years, where she brought in a Boomerang Award and an Anvil Award.

Sheena is also a Registered Nurse and practiced the nursing profession for 2 years in several hospitals including the Asian Hospital and Medical Center. She is also an online commercial model and a former child actress at SineSkwela.

Pauli Antoine is a hotelier at heart, an international social graces and visual poise consultant of an imaging school John Robert Powers, a trainer for frontliners of our country’s flagship carrier, a contributor to several publications on Trade, Food and Lifestyle. As a resource on image and etiquette matters, Pauli Antoine has been widely interviewed by notable publications such as Business World, Smart Parenting and Female Network on popular topics including etiquette revival, cyber-etiquette, confidence building and proper grooming. She generously shares her teachings with communities and private organizations where her travels bring her here and abroad.
