What started with just an idea between four high school friends 9 years ago has
now become one of the few Filipino brands that represent the best in the local
shoe industry–SAPATO.
Sapato Manila is a household name amongst women who value quality, design
and craftsmanship. Since 2006, The Power Plant Mall has been our home and
this year, as we celebrate our 9th year in the business, and with more and more
imported brands coming in, we decided that the brand needs to send a
stronger message that we are here to stay.
Sapato Manila is now S A P A T O. The new name, logo, and store design would
signify the brand’s transformation. We wanted to make it feel fresh and current. It
was also important for us to let our customers sense the change but at the same
time to let them know that at its core is still the same brand that produces high
quality Philippine handcrafted shoes with timeless designs.
S A P A T O is also known for using real leather inside and out which makes our shoes comfortable and even more extraordinary. We are proud to be a shoe brand worn by many women who know what they want and deserve only the best.
