At The Shrimp Shack, you’ll also get a taste of Hawaii with its theme and it’s very relaxing. Its aim is to capture the culinary experience of the popular shrimp trucks in Oahu’s North Shore in Hawaii. Their mission is to provide their guests with the authentic Hawaiian shrimp Scampi experience. Shrimp Scampi is originally an Italian-American dish, generally composed of garlic, olive oil, butter, white wine and spices. They use fresh (I think so since if not, I could have an allergy attack!), local, in-shell, white shrimps to ensure freshness and high quality. As the locals of Oahu do, it is best to suck the shrimp first to get all that tasty flavor in your mouth, peel off the shell, eat, and of course enjoy!
